It slowed down my PC and there are numerous complaints in the Windows
Update newsgroup. It's easily removable though via Control Panel -> Add
Remove Programs. The idiotic thing is that patch is still a
"critical" update on the MS Update site. One would think they
they would have pulled it until a fix was available.
