   By which, I meant htick-1.4-stable.

   I'm not sure what you mean?  Both the htick-1.4-stable & husky-1.4-stable
tags are newer than that, at least for the htick part of the repo... 
(1.11.2.7 on the HISTORY file is 9 months old...)
