The mailing list service that we use apparently strips
attachments.  Note that I have no control over this.

Some options I see are:

1) Send it to me via email, and I'll post it on our web site
in the files section.  No really, I will.  Maybe even in a
day or two?

2) Send it 'inline' with the message.  Of course, it will
probably be horribly mangled by some mailing system down the
line.

3) Suggest a different mailing list service that we could
use, that allows attachments.
