Boy could my Pepper swear.  He used to sing and dance in the bars on Two 
Street in Fairbanks, Alaska.  They were so bad that the city bulldozed 
several blocks to get rid of them.  I never showed any reaction when he said 
a swear word....no excitement, no praise, just as if I didn't hear it.  At 
first he would say it louder and repeat it, but after several months they 
became less.  He doesn't swear at all now...I do not allow anyone to swear 
around the birds.  I know he still knows the words and some day he may
