First, we should not have paid for them until we were assured of a quality

second, what are we doing dealing with Korea in the first place when there 
are blind persons right here in the U.S. who need jobs.
And third, the carbon fiber cane you referred to that you've had for 3 years: 
if you've had it for 3 years, it long pre-dates the bad shipment I referred 
to in my post and that shipment was confirmed to be bad by Dr. Jernigan and 
people at the Material's Center.
