Then why are they concerned about open source and not Microsoft? Indeed,
you could even say that the US Gov is promoting Microsoft when you look at
the anti-trust decision and "punishment".
It is obvious that the US Gov (i.e., those mil types you speak of) feels
that Open Source software has better security than Microsoft software.
