readme.txt in the file Richard distributed... Also from that readme...
Notes:
3. After the year 2038, all date functions will fail permanently --
it's built into the language/library specification!
I think he's been looking at that library to see if anything can be done
to work on the date everything dies... but I don't remember what if
anything he was able to do... :)
