   Please thank your friend who got the patch made up for this  Y2K
   fixed. Dale's fix was good but this one gets to the root of the
   problem.

        One small problem that I see here is that the U/L flag is not
   set when I do U/L a packet.  I have to be careful for no  dupes if
   I once again look at a .qwk.
