I previously posted about Katmouse and how that utility allowed you to
scroll windows (like both sides of explorer or one instance of explorer
that's under another instance of explorer) without the window being
scrolled having focus (i.e., you don't have to click on that window or
sub-window in order for it to scroll), and you tried it with Qpro For Win
3.1 and it didn't help you with Qpro.

I just came across another such utility with the same main features and a
slightly different set (maybe slightly better set) of sub-features called
FreeWheel.  I like FreeWheel's sub-features (like allowing you to scroll
the alt-tab menu with alt-scroll wheel) slightly better than KatMouse so
I'm trying it now.

Maybe FreeWheel will work with Qpro For Win 3.1, so I thought I'd pass this
on to you.
