No Jane. The studies and citations, *including from the NIDA*, I have
posted for you demonstrate that *no one* knows what you claim here except
for you. And, you have *never* been able to substantiate your claims.
JK> And, the stuff is much stronger than it used to be in the 1970's.
The potency of marijuana has always differed, depending on which kind
and its growing conditions. So this is meaningless -- it depends on
what you get.
But, even if there were some marijuana available now that is stronger than
any marijuana that was available before (do you have some credible
evidence of this?) all that this would mean would be that a person
could take less for the same effect or medicinal benefit. And, this is
a good thing. Many people smoke it rather than take it by the entirely
safe means of vaporizing it or cooking it in food. Smoke from burning
any kind of carbon-based substances (leaves, wood, etc.) contains
combustion byproducts that are potentially damaging to the lungs and
other parts of the body. So, if there were now available some marijuana
that is stronger than any previously available, those who smoked it could
smoke less of it, and they would be less likely to be harmed by the smoke.
