NetWare/IP is designed to let you use TCP/IP as the protocol of your
LAN.
The IPX/IP Gateway gives you a means to move traffic from an IPX network
to an IP network (which may or may not exist on the same wire).
NetWare/IP will expect each workstation to gain an IP address.
The IPX/IP Gateway provides one IP address to cover the entire LAN, but
only permits TCP traffic (UDP packets are not supported at this time).
The Gateway would be a good choice if you want to connect the LAN to the
Internet, but not want to get IP addresses for every workstation.
