Okay, not to tell you your business, but if there are no partitions
(except the original), why do you need 7 or 8 replicas? Novell says you
only need 3 (1 master and 2 read/write) unless the servers are spread
out. The switch should make all of the servers equal from the users.
Since the server showing the 625 error can still communicate with the
network (it can, can't it?), you may be better off letting it hold a
subordinate reference, since users can authenticate to the tree through
another server readily.
