I have upgraded to the flash 12 and now 16 beta.  I checked the features
and did an ATI0 and it shows that my Maximum Carrier Rate is 33600.  I
know for a fact my echomail hub has a 33600 USR, yet I'm still
connecting at the usual 24000 and 26400.  So I'm not sure if I need to
update my data pump or if I'm just not getting the high rate connects.
 
I really have no way of telling whether everything is working properly
or not.  Please HELP!
