I'm hoping someone may be able to help me with a question regarding a
merger of two companies into a new company.  I don't want to lose the
historical information about the 2 former companies, but also want to
retain the correct value of the shares in the new company.
It would be almost like a split in reverse, but I haven't been able to
figure out how to do that.  I'm using version 4 for windows.  Any
suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
