Sorry, but I'm having trouble following you on this one.  "Seamless 
windows" and "Excalibur" are new terms to me.  If Excalibur is a product
that's having troubles and someone else is telling you that the problem
is being caused by a problem in Paradox, then that other party needs to
make sure that Borland's Tech Support is aware of the problem.  This way,
Tech can make sure they get the report logged and on to QA as quickly 
as possible.
 
Now, as far as whether or not I know of any problems like this in 5.0,
I'll admit that I haven't heard of any myself--but, I'm not sure I'm
fully aware of what you mean by "seamless windows" and that may be 
part of the problem.
