Since when does Clipper and dBase have this command? Earlier versions that I 
know hasn't it. And the newest version of FoxPro (VFP 5.0) has a similar 
command. SET CENTURY TO XX ROLLOVER YY with XX the default century and YY the 
year after it skips to then next century.
