The list is clean up with one exception...and that's a
real old style compuserve address:

If you were forwarding mail from some address to that one...will, it ain't
live....and I have no way of knowing what was forwarding to it.

As they used to say:

"Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, How was the play?"
