You are correct, this is not what I want. I wanted an easy way to create a
skin if you will, for windows. Actually I'd like to include a bit more than
just a skin which is why I said preferences instead of skin.

But the real point was that it would need to be easy so lots of people
could do it. That way there would be a great selection and sooner or later
leading skins/preferences would emerge. It would be easy to try one, see if
you like it, reload your original if you don't, etc.
