Well since the video had no copy protection at all I think it's obvious the
triggering was in error, so it wasn't working right. the 415000 number
could have just been a result of the bug, it certainly was a hard limit
that triggered the black screen.

I removed the DivxHD codec and reinstalled the Xvid codec and now it works.
