Yes, evidently. But to answer the likely side question, no, it's not
available anywhere. The Graham Chapman archives seem to have gone missing,
at least from its old location, and according to this link, the script is
not likely to appear elsewhere, like the various fan sites.

There are some pretty good articles and blurbs in various books about the
script/show here and there, but not much of the script itself floating
about.
