They didn't say that the modem had to be working......  Only that you had to 
send them a zyxel.....
I will go and get another copy of the Gif  the next time that I visit the 
Zyxel home page.  I won't have the Gif ready for freq for about a week.... 
First I have to go and get some help with setting up bink for freqs..... I 
never did get around to doing that, I never had any files that I thought 
anyone would consider freq from me.

Give me about 10 days before you decide to freq the Gif.  I would just send 
to you but I am afraid that I have a toll restrictor on my phone.  No long 
distance calls for me.  :(
Esthetics?  Sometimes that is a thing that does need to be looked at 
especially as computers become more and more consumer items.....  I mean 
managed to get my system in black instead of generic white.  Now the tower 
case I have is a piece of furniture that makes a convenient rest for my 
coffee cup.
