Put the full URL cited in the FAQ, i.e.,

or

http://www.semware.com/files/patches/4b-4c.zip

into the address box of your browser and press Enter, and the download
should start directly.  Did for me.  I don't know if there are links to
that address from the www.semware.com home page, but you don't need to
navigate the links.
