Before I believe business is serious about wanting educated workers, I'll
have to see some committment from business to not just hiring the cheapest
labor available even though it's often absymally-educated even by current
U.S. standards.
When GM is moving production to Mexico, it isn't because the workers
there are better educated than the ones left idled when GM shuts the factory
here.
