Hmm, that's interesting, maybe their cellular system has plenty of capacity
and they don't want to create a similar system at 1900 mHz. I've heard
mention before of a system like you describe. I wouldn't be too interested in
it but a lot of people may be, especially if it's real cheap to use.

If they don't have a capacity problem on the 850 mHz system then I suspect
that what you say is true, they see no need to create a similar system at
1900 mHz.
Down here we need a few more cellular carriers in each market.
I'm hoping that other carriers will follow what Powertel is doing and offer
unlimited time for $50 a month.
