Everyone,
I fixed the problem. :)
I found and downloaded Memory Watcher from Hobbes and discovered that OS/2 was
?only seeing 64MB out of the 256MB that's in this machine (didn't know that
?there was more memory in here!). So, I downloaded and used PATCHLDR...and
?voila! instant speedup.
I didn't realize that this computer suffered from that bug-I thought it was too
?old. The Dell I use has a patch in the BIOS already. But I just discovered
?that it says I have no virtual memory in the Dell, so off I go to fix that. :)
