Mdk is a great solution as it is not as *MONEY MONEY* as RH so people like it 
better ... and Debian well Debian is Debian. Incompatible, harder to get up 
and going, less attractive for Desktop users so they're loosing a big money 
there. and SuSE is cool too though vey Euro as u stated above.
