English. I started using computers before localized versions were
available, and I still can't use a Finnish version - I don't understand
half the menu entries...

This is only going to google.com, which I have as my startup page. Anyhoop,
I reinstalled everything today 'cause I just didn't have the strength to
fight the stupid thing, and now it's working as expected.
