Likewise the online documentation for Borland C++ for OS/2 1.0, Borland C++
for DOS 3.1 and Microsoft QuickC 2.50.  The WATCOM C/C++ 10.0 and emx/gcc
.INF files do recommend use of fgets() over gets().
