A Faraday cage?

Are there any signs on the car(s) indicating that they are "no cell
phone" cars?

Sat through a conversation a few days ago where the woman a few seats away
had asked, on her cell, where the other caller was.  When she got the
answer, she replied that she was in the very next car!  The conversation
continued for several more minutes.  Sigh.
