 Hummm... I think the upgrade's enabler would be the same for Winmodem as
 for Couriers... change the Firmware (Courier on EEPROM/Flash MEM, Winmodem
 on HDD) and dial the 1800 number for the USR to verify the modem and send
 an enabler code to the modem directly...
