This is stretching the topic a bit far, but has anyone stumbled on a
voice-stress analysis program for the PC? It seems that a run-of-the-mill
sound card would have enough resolution for the job. Supposedly, a voice-
stress analysis would even work on television audio. I'd love to know who's
lying to me on TV!
