How does that apply to the topic onhand?  From this angle it appears to muddy
the waters even more wrt DateTime which has absolutely nothing to do with pkt
headers.

Sure.  Looks like more evidence to support my claim that everyone is in
violation of FTN standards, whatever that may turn out to actually mean.  You
