  "belling" some of our speeders. :-)  I know about those whistles and
  think they're a great idea. But they'd drive domestic critters bonkers
  with the amount of traffic on the nearby super highway.
  I'd sure have one in moose country, though. My cop friend who
  patrolled that area said moose were the answer to speeders. When a
  one-ton moose comes crashing through your windshield, you'll slow
  down! Maybe permanently! :-)
