Yoo Hoo, Disney fans!
Visit a virtual reality Disney-style theme park on EMuck (EntertainMuck)!
The "Toon Gardens" theme park was created by FDC Mickey (me, Rich Koster).
It's in "Toon Springs," a village where Toons live and play.  Also at
EMuck, check out other areas such as "Spoonerville" (from Disney's
"A Goofy Movie" and "Goof Troop"), Beetlejuice's "Nether World," "Olde
London" (where you might find Sherlock Holmes wandering around the best
of Merry Olde England in all eras), and "Deep Space, Nein?" (which is in
the style of "Mystery Science Theater 3000").
To connect to EMuck, telnet to "alia.ce.umn.edu 6903" without quotes and
you'll see EMuck's welcome screen.  Then type "connect guest guest" to
log in.  That's it!
 
You'll first be located in the Welcome Center Lounge, where you'll
find a helpful guest tutorial, written by FDC Minnie (my wife, Carol).
You can read it there online or on EMuck's web page at
http://alia.ce.umn.edu/emuck/ where you'll also find many other
interesting things about EMuck.
When you're ready to explore, enter 'EWC' without quotes to go into the
EMuck Welcome Center, where there are more helpful tips and information.
Next, go to the EMTrak (tm) train station by typing 'EM' without quotes
and take the train to one of EMuck's areas, like Toon Springs where the
Toon Gardens theme park is located.  You can wait for a local train or
simply hop aboard an express train by typing 'express too' to quickly
go to the Toon Springs station.
Once at Toon Springs you can take a leisurely stroll and explore, or
you can run straight to the theme park.  To run from the EMTrak (tm)
Station at Toon Springs, enter 'run door;thh;tg' and you're there inside
the Toon Gardens theme park!
In Toon Gardens check out the various themed lands and be sure to see
AdventuresomeLand's "Jungle Snooze" and "Meeko's Sycamore Slide."   In
YesterLand relax in "The Tacky, Tacky, Tacky, Tacky, Tacky Room."  And
among other things to do, be sure to drop in at Snow White's Castle
Hamburgers!
