Once smoking has been stomped on other forms of air pollution will be next
(probably covered by the same laws/precedents).

e.g. If I am a pedestrian & most pavements are next to roads, what
right do you have to pollute my lungs causing me "passive fossil fuel
damage"?

Wait & watch. The health nazis will get "0 pollution
vehicles" & will then lecture all others on the fact that they're
killing kids with their fumes etc.

Then they'll look to press to ban dinosaur burners from near schools etc
& then only on your own land & then....etc.
