   It was pretty bad ... so bad that I actually cooked at home in cold
weather rather than eat out: the smokers would come into a restaurant and
just drink and smoke.  It was enough to make you gag.

   There are widespread initiatives coming up to ban smoking in public
places in Switzerland though.  It has already taken effect in some areas
like Ticino, but I think not the Geneva area yet.
