  Yes it does. Tri it running PB31 in an real VDM, and you'll get it working 
right (at least this happened with PB3.0, I didn't tried it with the new 
version). It seems to be a problem with the MDOS or DOS kernel included with 
OS/2 ¨? I've found PB's IDE to be the first DOS program incompatible with the 
OS/2 DOS Box (-:

  Well. It does work with DRDOS 6.0, Novell DOS 7.0 & PC DOS 7.0 if it helps.

  This is the way that fails to work under the IDE.
