i keep phoenix, so am familiar with the chicks.. they are light buff with 2
rusty stripes outlined in black running down their backs.. also a marking on
the head. big dark eyes, emphasised by a dark spot/stripe like eyeliner on
one end.. 50's "cat's eyes" kinda. pink legs that eventually turn greyish.
very pretty. their behaviour is more like that of pheasants than chickens.
you may have a variation that one company calls a 'jungle chicken'... trying
to think of what has black legs besides a sumatra.. the chicks for those are
dark, tho..
