Wow...that's so bizspeak it's almost dilbert......


Does that mean you pay more? Less? There are a greater range of prices
which you the consumer can pay for hand holding...I mean an "assisted
support inquiry".

Purposefully opaque or just could not stop themselves?

BTW Note too how the "message du jour" is that Office is not a
suite of apps but a "system". One wonders what vista is coz
either (A) it's just "vista" or (& here they'd get into
trouble with the monopolies ppl).....Vista & Office are "one
system".
