Truth Vs Reality

On Glenn Sacks radio show last night, ACFC, ACES Leaders Face-off on Bradley
Amendment, Debbie Kline of ACES and Stephen Baskerville of ACFC discussed
the child support system and the Bradley Amendment. Through their
discussion, I learned a very important fact, there is truth and there is
reality. What do I mean by that?

When America went to war in Iraq we went because the truth was that we
believed there was weapons of mass destruction (WMD'S) in the hands of a
crazy man. The reality was that there was no WMD's and the truth switched to
removing a terrorist threat. So is the truth and reality of today's child
support system.

Debbie Kline, who is the Executive Director of ACES, on the show, told the
audience the truth that I will call the "corporate line" as the
Family Court
system in America has become a business. She told of how the system
"provides" the avenues to correct a child support problem. What she relayed
to the audience is the truth. These avenues exist and are designed to work
also as she stated. But the reality is that even if you do file for a
downward modification, as Debbie Kline suggests, it may take several months
to get into court during which time the support obligations will pile up.
Additionally, your chances of getting the downward modification are slim to
none and your obligation could even go up solely based on a Judge's opinion.
The reality also is that even if you manage to get the downward
modification, because of the Bradley Amendment you can not get the
arrearages removed.

Debbie Kline, was also asked about corruption in the system and she told the
truth about what to do. She stated that we should report these
"problems" to
the system. The reality is that how do you report a corrupt system to the
corrupt system? It would be like reporting to Adolph Hitler that Adolph
Hitler is a mad man and he should do some thing about the problem. So what
is the TRUTH and REALITY?

The truth and reality is that today's child support system is a
multi-billion, that's right, multi-billion dollar business. The truth and
reality is that the first rule of business is that business's are not in the
business of putting themselves out of business. The truth and reality is
that "In the best Interest of the Child" is not about our children, but the
best interest of the one million lawyers children, and the children of the
Judges and court personal and the millions of ancillary people employed by
the system. The truth and reality is that the child support system is
designed for your failure, as your failure is their profit. If you did not
fail, they would have no business. The truth and reality is that until we
unite and change the system it will continue to exploit taxpayers for
profit.

If you want proof of this, during the show Debbie Kline ADMITED that states
tend to "enforce" the easy accounts, i.e. you and I. Who she is talking
about is men who are in their children are lives and the "system" knows
exactly where you are and how they can get the money. This is an example
where the Truth and the Reality are the same. But the truth and reality
about "why" is very different.

The truth that the system would tell you is that they enforce child support
equally across the board. The reality is that as Debbie Kline stated they
enforce the easy accounts. They do this because in order to "justify" the
billions spent each year on this system; they must have a "success
rate". If
you had a company that sold nothing, or fixed nothing, you would be out of
business. If a child support system is spending billions of taxpayer dollars
each year did not accomplish anything; the system would be shut down. Bare
in mind that the majority of outstanding child support arrearages are from
what the Government defines as "uncollectables", i.e., drug addicts,
alcoholics and people in prison. Therefore, based on that reality, the
present day child support system is designed to one (1) make the obligator
fail in his/her effort to support his children and two (2) to "enforce"
penalties against this failure in order to justify the billions of tax
dollars spent. This is why you and I are in the situation we are in. We are
a "commodity" to the nation's child support system. How can we change this?

If we are to have ANY chance of reversing what is law, we must take a page
from the groups and lobby's that have put the system into place. We must
build a WAR CHEST and then use that to create outreach and education to the
generations, lawmakers and the public about the reality of the system.

What I ask of every person who reads this is that we build a war chest that
we will need to bring the system down. We also need everyone who reads this
to tell 10 friends to also donate and so on until everyone involved in this
system knows that they can unite and change the system. When we speak as one
voice ALL ACROSS AMERICA, then we will be heard. To that end I have several

started, we can WIN this war and save the children of the future from the
destruction that the family courts have rained down on us.
