Exactly, why do we need an outbound firewall when we have the built in 10
baby per second law MS has forced on vista users.. Lets software phone home
and keeps the baby count down, the perfect solution to a nonexistent
requirement.

   It isn't birth control methods being rated as it ignores how the firewall
protects against incoming traffic, the primary purpose for which most
people want and use a firewall.  The ratings here are those for once
pregnant, how well do you keep the baby from escaping.
