"global memory"?  Vat iz diz "global memory"?

If you mean 'real mode addresses', such as the buffer on a network card, or
physical screen memory or some such, then yes, there's a way of doing it,
but you have to obtain a selector from the Windows' DPMI subsystem - when
yoyu're running Windows, you're not in Kansas (real mode) any more. Windows
itself provides a number of API functions which manipulate protected mode
memory.
