   The EULA doesn't entitle you to a refund for bits and pieces.  If you =
don't want to accept the license you can return the whole computer.  One =
story a year of a guy that persuaded an OEM to give him a credit because =
he cost them more by complaining.

   The EULA quoted is not relevant since that is the EULA for the boxed =
retail version not an OEM version.
