You won't find it there.  You can find it on the Hobbes site

Innoval has dropped OS/2 support but they made several programs
available fro free download AND DISTRIBUTION.  Postroad Mailer requires
a serial number which is available at the yahoo site.  If you get it
from Hobbes, use 31571728 to 'regiater' it.
