double checked as i could not beleve i only had to do a 650.00 pound [uk] 
course, but both novell and training centre say thats all just the building 
intranets course, IF you did the 3.X to 4.11 update course as part of your 
cne-3 track. as the 3.X to 4.11 covers instalation and design of nds storage 
and admin of 4.11 as well [no wonder it was a hard one] it also gives you 
CNA-i if you pass the test [as i found on checking at novell on my status]
