DR> Sometimes I think I may never get through some of the
DR> text/opinions. The justices say one thing in one sentence and
DR> something altogether in another. Trying to follow along can be a
DR> chore. But I am not alone, even my atty's have a hard time
DR> deciphering some of the "junk." But they have a leg up on me - they
DR> take CLE's where some kindly person explains the opinions in everyday
DR> English.
Yeah getting it translated helps a lot I bet!! I understand what you
mean when I read laws or even propositions to vote on they are so hard
to follow sometimes, they keep repeating and then don't really give a
clear picture of what they are about. But someone can always make heads
or tails out of them, then I read the english version! haha!
DR> One never stay's on top. A lot of what I read is for research and
DR> I generally take the current opinion and work my way back on the
DR> subject a hundred or so years.
Well, that's true, with new laws going into affect almost everyday it
would be hard to stay on these things! What I meant was that you at
least do the research to stay more informed than the rest of america!
DR> Is it a std type radio you can buy at Radio Shack, Circuit City,
DR> Walmart, etal? If it is, then it meets the definition.
DR>
DR> Professional equipment commonly found at a radio station, DJ
DR> equipment, professional broadcast gear found in bistro's, nightclubs
DR> and the like would normally fall outside the "home-type" definition.
Oh ok, I think they just have a reciever adn they hook it to the
phoneline hold system, no huge setup that you have to get custom!
DR> You are probably in the clear. But I ain't no lawyer , so read
DR> my post with a jaundiced eye, as it were.
With a grain of salt! No problem I hear ya!
