You are bound to get some hate mail for the above, and I hope I
understood what you meant, not what you said.  Perhaps a wording like,
"If any good could come of such a horrendous event, it is a lesson
to future generations....".
No way could the holocaust be deemed "a good thing that it happened" by
any stretch of the imagination.
