And until you know it to be bogus, you shouldn't refer to it as such.  
It totally fits with their stated positions from the past.  For 
example, they stated in the past that the Brady Bill was merely
the "tip of the camel's nose peeking out from under the tent."  Also, 
since you said you have only just heard of HCI, you obviously are not 
in the loop on this issue.  Did You know that HCI's *FORMER* name was 
the COALITION TO BAN HANDGUNS??.  They changed it to make it more 
palateble to "reasonable" people like you.  
May I remind you that our brethren in the UK tried the reasonable 
approach and have had most or their RKBA removed?
