  They can, just not with OS/2 for some reason.  I've got Samba/2 here
serving all the files to the house. (MP3's etc.)  The windows computers can
read/write fine, the Linux computer can read/write fine, the Virtual
Windows computer ON the iMac can read/write but the iMac itself gives a
cryptic error.

  It's supposed to work, and works fine if the "server" is
running on Windows or Linux.  I'm sure it's a problem on the iMac, I just
don't know where to look.

  I've visited on occasion. :)  I think it's been a while, but I tend to
check out lots of boards when I'm on the hunt for something.  (Especially
OS/2 stuff. )
