Try Bluewave for DOS.  All it is done automatically, pulling information
from the header to display a line like my "Quoting **** to *** on ****"
line.
I've used OLX for a while, but being reintroduced to Bluewave have
switched.  This is so impressive, I might even register! (I tend to get
bored with programs quick.)
